Samantha has been a realtor with NSB Realty Team and has worked alongside Kate since Jan 2021. Sam handles transaction coordination which involves managing all the paperwork, deadlines, and communication between parties to ensure a smooth closing process. She also handles the marketing by promoting properties through online listings, social media, email campaigns, and more to attract potential buyers. She takes pride in her communication skills and task management skills. Currently, she works remotely for NSBRT as her husband is active duty in the US Coast Guard. Sam has a strong work ethic and thrives on creating long-lasting relationships with her clients!
Before NSB Realty Team: Sam grew up in the Sebago Lakes Region of Maine. In 2018, she received her bachelor’s degree in administration of justice at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. During her freshman year of college, Sam discovered that she had a love for transforming un-used spaces into something beautiful and profitable. That same year, she began the development of her small business, managing short term rental properties. After she graduated, Sam expanded her property management business from 1 rental to 10 rentals, in a little over a year!
In 2019, her husband received military orders to New Smyrna Beach! She immediately fell in love with the charming beach town of NSB, the friendly people, and the close-knit community. Her passion for real estate, investment producing properties, and the joy that comes with achieving homeownership drove her to get her real estate license in 2020.
